Estimator — pre-construction
Produce Class 2 estimates for public and commercial projects. You will work alongside the pre-construction manager and the trade procurement team.
What you will do
- Produce Class 2 estimates from quantity take-offs and unit-rate data.
- Maintain the unit-rate database and benchmark against recent tenders.
- Support value engineering workshops with the design team.
- Prepare estimate backup for the GMP conversation.
What we look for
- Five or more years of estimating experience.
- Working knowledge of a recognised estimating package.
- Comfortable reading structural and MEP drawings.
- A quantity surveying or engineering qualification.
