Safety
Everyone goes home in the same condition they arrived.
Our safety programme is built around three pillars: pre-task planning, observed-work coaching and a stop-work authority that every employee can exercise without consequence. The figures below are sample data — replace src/data/safety.json with your own incident records.

Safety policy
Everyone goes home in the same condition they arrived. Our safety programme is built around three pillars: pre-task planning, observed-work coaching and a stop-work authority that every employee can exercise without consequence. Subcontractor onboarding includes a documented pre-task plan reviewed by a project safety lead.
Pre-task planning
Every shift opens with a documented pre-task plan covering scope, hazards, controls and rescue.
Observed-work coaching
Field leaders complete at least six observed-work conversations per week and log leading indicators.
Stop-work authority
Every employee and subcontractor can stop work without consequence if conditions feel unsafe.
How these numbers are calculated
- TRIR
TRIR = (recordable incidents × 200,000) ÷ hours worked. 200,000 represents 100 full-time workers working 40 hours per week for 50 weeks.- LTIFR
LTIFR = (lost-time incidents × 200,000) ÷ hours worked. Same denominator convention as TRIR.- Hours without incident
Cumulative working hours since the last recordable incident, summed across all active sites.
Rates are per 200,000 hours worked and are reviewed each month by the safety committee.
