Senior project manager — commercial
Lead a commercial tower project from pre-construction through handover. You will own the schedule, the budget and the client relationship.
What you will do
- Lead pre-construction, construction and handover for an assigned commercial project.
- Manage a project team of eight to twelve staff.
- Own client communication, monthly reporting and change management.
- Coordinate with the safety lead on observed-work coaching and incident close-out.
What we look for
- Ten or more years of commercial construction experience.
- Demonstrated single-project responsibility for contracts over $80M.
- Working knowledge of lean construction and last-planner scheduling.
- A recognised project management credential.
